At Methodist Boys' High School Alumni Association - Washington Metropolitan Area Chapter (MBHS-AA DMV Chapter), our vision is to create a community to:
- Keep past pupils of the school in active contact with each other for the continuation and promotion of the high ideals of the alma mater.
- To preserve the alma maters' and officials' interests through financial and moral support to improve the school’s academic, social, and cultural standing.

Our Approach
We take a holistic approach to constructively and pragmatically influence positive changes towards our alma-matter by:
- Serving as role models for current pupils individually and collectively and actively fostering programs for promoting high ideals.
- Developing, promoting, and acting as agents for intellectual, social, and financial activities and policies that would benefit the MBHS community.
- We are developing a community of well-wishers to support our cause for the welfare of our alma mater and our country, Sierra Leone.

Over the years, we have accomplished many important milestones in our mission to support the school and parent Body Alumni Association in Freetown, Sierra Leone. We had successful fundraising activities, including a prestigious Awards Night Ceremony in 2023, recognizing outstanding individuals in all works of life with the community who have demonstrated and championed community building by providing needed services and advocation for academic and educational improvements within the community.
